Ingredients
- 1/4 tsp fresh or dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp fresh or dried rosemary
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp grape seed oil
- 25 baby potatoes
- sea salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
- In a mixing bowl combine grape seed oil, thyme, rosemary, garlic, sea salt and black pepper
- Add potatoes
- Marinate in fridge for several hours
- Roast in oven at 375 F for 20-25 min
