Ingredients
- 4 tomatoes (any variety)
- 1 onion (your choice)
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1/4 jalapeno pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- ½ cup cilantro
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground cumin seeds (optional if available)
- sea salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
- Mince garlic, jalapeno pepper
- Chop cilantro finely
- Add lemon, oil, and cumin to bowl
- Dice tomato, onion, bell pepper and add to bowl
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Mix all ingredients together in a medium sized bowl and mash with a potato masher
- OR ADD ALL INGREDIENTS TO FOOD PROCESSOR
Prep time: 20 min (will be much quicker if you are using a food processor)
